Labor and Employment Disputes

We represent both employers and employees in various labor-related matters, from legal consultation and negotiation to full litigation. Our services include drafting and reviewing employment contracts, handling termination procedures, claims for compensation, wrongful dismissal, and disputes over leave, wages, and end-of-service benefits. We also represent clients before the competent labor authorities and aim to resolve disputes in a manner that protects rights and maintains contractual balance. Additionally, we assist in developing internal HR policies that comply with the Saudi Labor Law and its executive regulations.
